Can I engage you for design only, without building with AUD Build?
Yes. AUD Design is an independent design studio, so you can engage us for architectural design, CDC / DA approval or interior design only. If you decide to build, AUD Build can quote from the same drawings.
Do you handle CDC and DA applications? How long does approval take?
Yes. We first assess whether your site suits a CDC or a DA, then prepare the full application, lodge it and follow it through to approval. From design contract to CDC approval can take as little as 45 days.
How much does design cost?
Building design and CDC / DA for houses and duplexes is capped at A$9,999 + GST; residential interior design is capped at A$8,999 + GST (offer ends 30 November). The first consultation is free.
